Introducing 3 kinds of half-board plans
Introducing 3 kinds of half-board plans, featured with open-air hot spa relaxation and truly exciting ski & snowboard experience.They are the Premium Plan, the Special Plan and the Economy Plan, respectively, which are designed to let you experience the truly exciting entertainment of the Okushiga skiing & snowboarding, our truly relaxing open-air hot spa and our authentic dinning at our famous restaurants, La stela alpine(Italian), Kagari-bi(Japanese and Chinese). You will surely be enchanted by Okushiga’s charm by selecting one of our plans by your preference.

・Grouper hot pot course (Appetizer, sashimi, fried dish, grouper hot-pot, rice and dessert)
・Chinese course(Assorted appetizers, shrimp and asparagus spring-roll, shark’s fin soup, prawn with chili sauce, sautéed Japanese beef, Chinese rice cake and dessert)

・Gibier dinner course (cold appetizers, warm appetizer, pasta, first meat dish, second meat dish, dessert)
If you would like to order a Gibier dinner course, please order the same course for all of your group.
Japanese restaurant (kagari-bi)
・Kaiseki, traditional Japanese dinner course (appetizer, soup, sashimi(raw fish), grilled dish,meat, tempura(assorted deep fried fish and vegetables), pickles, rice and dessert)
・Japanese beef Sukiyaki (appetizer, assorted 3 kinds of sashimi, dish of the day, Sukiyaki hot-pot, rice and dessert)
・Japanese beef Shabu Shabu(Appetizer, assorted 3 kinds of Sashimi, dish of the day, Shabu-Shabu hot pot,rice and dessert)
・Shinshu pork Hot pot with snow-white graded radish (Appetizer, assorted 3 kinds of Sashimi, dish of the day, pork hot-pot with graded radish, rice and dessert)

You can choose by your preference, between Japanese breakfast or Western breakfast. (There are certain seasons when only American breakfast is served, depending on operational reasons)

・American breakfast【Fresh fruit juice, Yogurt, eggs(scrambled, sunny-side up, or omelette with bacon or sausage, salad, bread and coffee)
・Japanese breakfast【Today’s grilled fish, egg dish, 2 kinds of small dish, salad, miso-soup, a plate of pickled vegetables and plum, rice or rice porridge】
